Help the Homeless During Frigid Weather
WEDNESDAY'S LOW at Reagan National Airport dipped to 25 degrees. Tonight, Capital Weather predicts that lows could plunge as far as 15 degrees. Prolonged exposure to below-freezing temps can lead to hypothermia and other problems, which makes frigid days like today particularly dangerous for the homeless.
