The call girl linked to the downfall of former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer sued Joe Francis, founder of the "Girls Gone Wild" series, on Monday for $10 million, claiming he exploited her image and name to advertise the racy videos following the Spitzer debacle. Ashley Dupre, 22, contended in the lawsuit that she was only 17 — too young to sign legally binding contracts — and drunk when she agreed to be filmed for "Girls Gone Wild." Dupre "did not understand the magnitude of her actions, nor that her image and likeness would be displayed in videos and DVDs," says the lawsuit.

Vivid Entertainment is releasing a sex tape allegedly starring Jimi Hendrix. The adult entertainment company said they obtained the footage of the music legend shot in a hotel room about 40 years ago from a memorabilia collector. The footage features Hendrix engaging in various acts with two women, according to Vivid. The company said they consulted with several experts to authenticate the footage.

Rocker Scott Weiland has pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor drunken-driving charge and was sentenced to eight days in jail Monday. He was sentenced to four years' probation and must take part in an alcohol program.
